This workshop course contains quite in-depth approaches in the field of Executive Search (search and intelligence area. Finding executives of global companies without a database, and, in principle, even without the Internet); very simple methods, but requiring awareness and a strong sense of what is happening in the process.

The course is only suitable for those who either:

  • knows his goal of searching for a job and he needs to realize it as soon as possible
  • Does not know his goals, but is ready to look into his future without being attached to his past.

For anyone who is ready to live on their past merits (“Rest on laurels”), our course is not suitable.

In addition to finding a new job, you also have to become a Creator of new Opportunities, that is, discover the Creator person within you. And, accordingly, get energy for creativity. Briefly about the course structure: – You will be clear about your goal or intention (the right intention is quite different from the goals people formulate. Forming the right intention is a great art).- You will write a conscious resume.- Based on our recommendations and together with us, you will develop tactics for your job search that will cover 100% of all market opportunities, and not those pitiful 10% of vacancies that are in open sources.- Prepare for an interview in which, thanks to your intention, you will sound confident, responsible, and motivated. You can take an adaptation course also in a new organization (for some people this is simply necessary). In fact, everyone who starts working within our Workshop, will “get a job the point of which is to find a job”

A short resume is written after writing a long CV. Anything we write here that is ambiguous or unclear will, at best, cause unnecessary questions in future interviews. At worst, it will alienate potential employers because it will serve as misinformation. How can we ensure that our resume is properly perceived by the other side?

In fact, a resume should talk about more than just experience. And sometimes the experience is not significant at all… The point of the summary is that it should set your vector for further movement: your strategy for life. As soon as this vector of development is determined, a history/company/position/position immediately begins to form, within which you can move along this vector.

This should be an interview with a Motivated Person. And not feignedly motivated, which is always felt, but really, sincerely motivated. It’s impossible to play. It is impossible to “train” a person for such an interview using any techniques. You can only live it. This is where we will prepare for being in such a state.
